8月最後の週は、山口大学にて研究打ち合わせを行いました。
テーマは「鋼橋に付着する塩分量」や「ブラスト処理後に残存する塩化物量」を、
一目で把握できる技術について。お互いの研究成果を持ち寄り、活発なディスカッションができました。
まだ検証を重ねる必要はありますが、方向性が少し見えてきたように感じています。
成果がまとまりましたら、論文等を通じて改めてご報告いたします。
翌日は小野田市へ移動し、太平洋セメントさんが保有する「小野田セメント徳利窯」を見学しました。
歴史を肌で感じられる貴重な機会に胸が高鳴りましたが、残念ながら足場が掛かっており、その雄姿を拝むことはできませんでした。再訪の楽しみができた、と前向きに考えています。
その後はちょっとマニアックに「小野田市セメント町1番地」を探す旅へ（笑）。無事に発見でき、達成感を味わいました。
そして今日から9月。まだまだ残暑が厳しいですが、土木学会全国大会や現場調査など予定が目白押しです。
気合を入れて取り組んでいきますので、また折を見てご報告させていただきます。
