LiT渡邉です。今回は８月５日～８日の２泊４日の工程でシンガポールに行ってきました。
シンガポールでは 最新の非破壊試験機の日本導入に向けた打ち合わせ を行ってきました。
技術の概要や調査の用途について、お互いの考えをじっくり共有でき、非常に有意義な会議となりました。
デモ試験でも、弊社が求める精度の測定がしっかり行え、大満足の結果に（笑）。

その後、鹿島建設のシンガポール研究所「KaTRIS」 を訪問させていただく機会をいただきました。

KaTRISの先進的な取り組みや研究内容をご説明いただき、施設も見学させていただきましたが、もう「すごい！」の一言に尽きます。さすが鹿島建設さんです（笑）。
プライベートでは、マリーナ湾からシンガポール川にかかる橋梁群 を徒歩で視察（笑）。
2日間で約3時間、朝の涼しい時間帯に歩いたので、日本より快適な橋梁ウォーキング日和でした。
1800年代後半に建設された歴史ある橋から最新の橋まで、見どころ満載。
皆様もシンガポールに訪れた際には、ぜひ「橋梁めぐり」をしてみてはいかがでしょうか？
